Returns

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
